Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the following subjects: English, French, Portuguese, Psychology, Adult Education, Human Resources, Business Studies, Management or related field,
- Must have a minimum of ten (10) years’ work experience with at least five (5) years at a senior level in a Training, Teaching, Research environment or other related experience.
- Demonstrated facilitation/presentation experience or teaching at higher learning level at a senior level
Job Description
- Develop and implement the organization’s Training and Development Strategic plan and SMART objectives in line with the overall organization’s vision and mission.
- Conduct research to identify the training needs of the market in line with the current National Skills Audit (NSA) and stakeholder need analysis
- Design short term, medium term and long-term development programmes to address identified development needs and create or update course outlines and modules.
- Identify training and development needs and consulting opportunities in the market, and develop tailor made programmes in response to the identified client needs.
- Develop, and work with cross-sector partnerships, public private collaborations, local and external partners for the development and capacity building initiatives to grow and enhance the training business both locally and in the region.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to gather information on training and development needs.
